Our 4-H Club teaches 4-H members to train their
dogs to become better behaved family members. We also provide instruction in
Obedience, Showmanship, Rally and Agility. We not only prepare children to
compete in dog shows, but educate them to become responsible dog owners as
well. We are also involved in Community Service work (food drives and donations
to pet shelters) and we enable children to use their dogs as therapy dogs in
the community. Contact us via e-mail for more information- on class dates,
times etc.
We have also partnered with the Hillbororough County Florida
Dog Fanciers who offer Conformation and Obedience training classes for adults
and children at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evenings at Mary Help of Christian Center.

In addition to developing teamwork between
a child and their dog, we also encourage all around 4-H participation,
including Events Day, Summer Camp, State 4-H Congress, and end of year project
